1. Introduction Welcome to The Storage Room ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our storage bin rental services, including delivery, storage, and retrieval ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description The Storage Room provides storage bin rentals to customers in Los Angeles, California. Our process includes:

·       Delivering storage bins to your address.

·       Allowing you to fill the bins with your items.

·       Picking up the filled bins for storage at our off-site facility.

·       Returning bins to your address upon request.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Los Angeles, California, to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up 4.1 Scheduling: Delivery and pick-up appointments must be scheduled through our designated booking system. Appointments are subject to availability. 4.2 Access: You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access for our team to complete the delivery and pick-up. 4.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling: Any changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

5. Storage Bin Use 5.1 Condition of Bins: Bins are provided clean and in good condition. You are responsible for maintaining their condition while in your possession. 5.2 Prohibited Items: You may not store:

·       Perishable goods

·       Hazardous materials

·       Illegal substances

We reserve the right to inspect the contents of any bin if we suspect a violation of this policy.

6. Storage Facility Your bins will be stored in our secure, off-site facility. While we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your belongings, storage is at your own risk. Please see Section 8 for liability limitations.

7. Retrieval of Bins You may request delivery of your stored bins at any time by scheduling a retrieval through our booking system. Fees may apply for retrieval and subsequent re-storage.

8. Liability and Insurance 8.1 Company Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to stored items is limited to $100 per bin unless additional insurance is purchased. 8.2 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for insuring items stored in the bins.

9. Fees and Payments 9.1 Pricing: Fees for rental, delivery, storage, and retrieval will be outlined the pricing section of The Storage Room website. 9.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance of each service. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

10. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must schedule retrieval of your items within 30 days, or we may dispose of them in accordance with California law.

11. Amendments We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you and will take effect upon posting to our website or other notification.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
